Our journey began with a simple wish: to share the comforting flavors of authentic Vietnamese phở and traditional dishes that remind us of home.

Inspired by the vibrant street food culture of Sài Gòn, we cook every bowl with patience, respect, and care. Each batch of broth is slow-simmered for over 36 hours, following time-honored techniques that bring out deep, natural flavors — just like in Vietnam. From the delicate aroma of our phở to the spicy richness of Bún Bò Huế and the warmth of our Lẩu Bò (Vietnamese hotpot), every dish tells a story of tradition and love.

But our mission goes beyond food. We believe that good meals connect people — students far from home, families craving comfort, or friends discovering Vietnamese cuisine for the first time. Phở Sài Gòn is here to create that sense of belonging, sharing a taste of home, one bowl at a time.
