1.What is phở?

Phở is a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup made with slow-simmered beef broth, rice noodles, fresh herbs, and tender slices of meat. It’s one of Vietnam’s most iconic comfort dishes, known for its balance of rich flavor and freshness.

2.Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver in Helsinki daily, Vantaa on Thursdays and Saturdays, and Espoo on Fridays and Sundays.
Delivery times usually run from 12:00–15:00 and 19:00–22:00, but they may vary slightly depending on orders. We’ll confirm the exact time after receiving your request.

3.What are your delivery hours?

Our typical delivery windows are Thu–Fri 12:00–15:00 & 19:00–22:00, and Sat–Sun 19:00–22:00.
We announce weekly updates on our Facebook page and website, so please check there for any schedule changes or special delivery days.

4.Can I place a takeaway order?

Absolutely! You can pick up your order from Pasila (about 500 m from Tripla Mall) and enjoy a 10 % discount on all pick-up orders.
It’s a convenient and quick way to enjoy Phở Sài Gòn while saving a little extra.

5.How do I place an order?

You can order directly on our website or message us via Zalo, WhatsApp, or WeChat.
After you submit your order, we’ll confirm it personally through your provided contact to make sure everything is perfect.

6.Are the ingredients fresh?

Always. We use only fresh herbs, locally sourced vegetables, and carefully selected meats. Our broths are simmered for over 36 hours to achieve deep, authentic Vietnamese flavor — no artificial flavorings, ever.

The minimum order is €30 for Sipoo and Porvoo deliveries (with a €5 delivery charge).
For Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa, free delivery applies to orders of €25 or more .

To enjoy the perfect taste, make sure to heat the broth, noodles, and meat until they’re all piping hot before serving.
Pour the hot broth over the noodles and toppings right before eating — this helps bring out the full aroma and authentic flavor of traditional Vietnamese phở.

To ensure the best quality and smooth delivery, please order at least 3 hours in advance.
This gives us time to simmer the broth properly and prepare everything fresh for you.

Besides our signature Phở Bò, we also serve Bún Bò Huế (spicy beef noodle soup) and Vietnamese hotpot (Lẩu Bò).
Our menu is available in Vietnamese, English, Chinese, Thai, Finnish, and Swedish — just ask for your preferred language!

At the moment, we accept cash, bank transfer, and MobilePay.
Card payments are not yet available, but we’re working to add this option soon for your convenience.

Frequently Asked Questions

For Phở and Bún Bò Huế, you can safely store them in the fridge for up to 2 days.
For Hotpot, it’s best to consume it within 1 day, as the soup can turn slightly sour even when refrigerated — especially because it contains taro, corn, and tofu, which naturally ferment overnight.
If you wish to keep it longer, we recommend freezing it to maintain freshness and flavor.
