APOLOGY ANNOUNCEMENT FROM PHỞ SÀI GÒN

Dear customers,

• Today, we discovered a serious mistake in our current logo. The phrase "The Vietnamese Treasure" may cause some customers to misunderstand that we are claiming ourselves to be “the treasure of Vietnam.” This is absolutely not what we intended to communicate.

• In reality, we are just a very small part of the Vietnamese community, still learning every day to serve our community better.

• Our goal is to bring Phở Bò – a dish recognized in the Oxford Dictionary as a pride and signature of Vietnamese cuisine – to Finland and to friends from other communities around the world.

• We sincerely apologize. Whether our customers noticed this mistake or not, it is still an unacceptable error, and we take full responsibility.

Immediate corrective actions:

We have changed our logo to PHỞ – The Vietnamese Treasure to clarify that Phở itself is “Vietnam’s treasure,” not us.

All related materials, images, and documents will be updated immediately.
Please forgive us for this mistake. We are truly learning from it and will be more careful with every message we share with the community.
