On a chilly day, or simply when friends and family gather, a steaming pot of broth filled with fragrant lemongrass, slow-simmered beef bones, fresh vegetables, and rich toppings becomes the centerpiece of connection and joy.

At PHỞ SÀI GÒN, we strive to bring you a truly Vietnamese Beef Hotpot experience – a dish that carries the spirit of community and the depth of our culinary roots.

  • Bold & rich broth: simmered for hours from beef bones, vegetables, and sweet corn on the cob, infused with lemongrass, ginger, red dates, goji berries... creating a naturally sweet and aromatic base.

  • Premium toppings: brisket, tendon, honeycomb tripe, oxtail, beef balls, sliced tongue, minced beef – generous and satisfying.

  • Flavorful additions: shiitake & enoki mushrooms, fried tofu skin, lotus root, taro, red dates, green onions, and sweet corn – colorful, hearty, and nourishing.

  • Seasonal greens: bok choy, napa cabbage, sawtooth coriander, Thai basil… at least 2 types in every set.

  • Served with fresh rice noodles (or substitute with dry egg noodles +5€)
